• Customers who typically receive shipments in 1-3 days will still enjoy the same speedy service using Free Ground Shipping. 
• Customers who typically receive shipments in 4-6 days will now get free 3 day shipping on orders over $49  to insure 3 day delivery.  The website will automatically convert your shipment from ground to 3 day based on the destination zip code.
• Residential customers in the 1-3 day ground zone will receive shipments on Saturday rather than Monday (where a package would normally be delivered on a Monday). 
• Residential customers in the 4-6 day ground zone who receive free 3 day shipping will receive shipments on Monday instead of Saturday (where a package would normally be delivered on a Saturday).
• Shipments to commercial addresses will continue to be delivered Monday through Friday.
• Free 1-3 day shipping is only available for orders placed on our website.  Phone orders will not qualify.  Instead, phone orders will be shipped using ground service for orders over $49.
• If your package fails to reach its destination in the time- frame outlined above and you qualified for free shipping we cannot offer a shipping credit, as you were not charged for shipping.
