eEuroparts sends a confirmation email for EVERY order placed. If you have not received a confirmation email, please be sure to check the following:
- Make sure your email address was entered correctly on eEuroparts. Email addresses must be 50 characters or less
- Check your email’s junk/spam folder. Today’s spam-blocking filters can be very sensitive. To ensure you receive all emails from eEuroparts, add the domain eeuroparts.com to your safe senders list.
- If you still do not have your confirmation email, call eEuroparts at 800-467-9769 or email us here for further assistance.
Why does my order say “Pending”?
Sometimes there is a delay between the time eEuroparts receives your order and when it is processed. On a normal business day, orders placed before 5pm ET will process by 5:30pm ET. If you place your order over the weekend, the order status will change by 5:30pm ET the next business day.
Do I qualify for Free Shipping?
If your order is over $59 and you live in the continental United States, 1-3 day shipping is free!
What is a Core Charge?
When you place an order with eEuroparts, you might see the phrase “Core Charges” in the Order Total section, below Sales Tax and above Shipping Cost. A core charge is a refundable deposit we apply to certain items until we receive your old part. The “core” refers to the old part you are replacing with your new eEuroparts item. eEuroparts applies a core charge for many reasons. First, it encourages auto part recycling, which conserves resources and is good for our planet. Second, it ensures that eEuroparts can refurbish your old part and get it to another person in need of the same item. It’s a win-win.
How can I claim my Core Charge?
In order to claim your core charge, please follow these 3 simple steps:
- Make sure the core (the part you are replacing with your new eEuropart item) is the same as the rebuilt part, in one piece, and not missing any obvious parts.
- Please get an RMA from the Returns tab.
- Use the RMA and the package the rebuilt eEuropart item was sent in to return the core.

Why does this product have “x2” next to the quantity?
eEuroparts boxes certain items in pairs (i.e. brake rotors). Therefore, you must purchase the full box to order these parts, and they will always be added to your cart in multiples of 2.
