eEuroparts.com is a Google Trusted Store
Posted on: September 24, 2013
We're pleased to announce that eEuroparts.com is now part of the Google Trusted Stores program. Google Trusted Stores is a program that helps shoppers identify online merchants that offer a great shopping experience. The Google Trusted Store badge is awarded to ecommerce sites that demonstrate a track record of on-time shipping and excellent customer service. You may have already noticed the badge in the lower right hand corner of our site. Currently eEuroparts.com has an A rating from Google for Reliable Shipping, with 98% of orders shipping on time. On average it takes just one day for item to ship from our warehouse. Google also rates our customer service with an A because 99.9% of orders are issue free, according to Google. We hope our customers already knew this from their experience with eEuroparts.com, but now it's official.
When visiting a qualifying store, shoppers can hover over the Google Trusted Store badge and see metrics on the store's shipping and customer service performance. When a shopper makes a purchase at a Google Trusted Store such as eEuroparts.com, they have the option to select free purchase protection from Google. Then, if a problem arises with their purchase, they can request Google's help, and Google will work with eEuroparts.com and the customer to address the issue. As part of this, Google offers up to $1,000 lifetime purchase protection for eligible purchases from eEuroparts.com.
We work hard every day to ensure each customer's order is shipped quickly and accurately. We've always known that we have excellent customer service and fast shipping. With the Google Trusted Stores badge, first time visitors to eEuroparts.com will know it too.
