On 08/01/2004 eEuroparts.com launched a new web site to better serve its customers. We are constantly working to improve the content of the site, add more pictures and diagrams, and expand the number of parts we offer for sale.

Why doesn't my old account number/password work!?
Due to the logistical problems and technical restraints inherent in launching a new web site solution, we were unable to carry over any old customer account information. As of 08/01/2004, all new and existing customers will need to register with the site to make a purchase. Registration does not need to be completed to browse the site or put items into the shopping cart. However, if you wish for the site to remember what you have in your shopping cart, you need to register. Registering is quick and easy, and only has to be done once.

When will my order ship?
We primarily use Federal Express for our domestic shipping needs. For ground package transit times go to our
Shipping page. Next day shipping will be delivered on the next business day
(Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Second day shipping will be delivered on the 2nd business day
(Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after the shipment date. Three day select will be delivered on the
3rd business day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after the shipment date.
We currently do not offer the Saturday delivery option due to the limited number of zip codes this service is available to.

We make every effort to ship all domestic Ground orders received by 6:00pm EST the same day.
Orders with an expedited shipping option selected (Next Day, 2nd day, 3-day, etc.), must be received by 3:00pm EST
in order to ship the same day. Canadian ground orders must be received by 3:00pm EST to ship the same day.
If you select next day, 2nd day, or 3 day shipping and one or more of your items are backordered, your entire order may be held. Consolidating your shipment reduces your shipping charges to a single shipping fee. If you select Free ground shipping and one or more of your items are backordered your entire order may be held if the balance is below the free shipping minimum.

Why didn't I get an order confirmation email?
An order confirmation email is sent for EVERY order placed on our web site. Please make sure you have typed your email address correctly. If you don't enter it correctly, the confirmation emails will not reach you. Email addresses must be 50 characters or less. Today's spam-blocking software can be really sensitive. To be sure to receive all emails from eEuroparts.com, please add the domain eeuroparts.com to your safe senders list. This will ensure that you receive all email from us.

What is a core charge?
A core charge is a refundable deposit in lieu of receiving your old part. Our rebuilt parts are used parts that are remanufactured to factory new specifications, so we need a constant supply of used parts. In order to claim your core charge, you must meet the following criteria: - 1) The core is returned in the product package the rebuilt part was sent in.
- 2) The core is the same as the rebuilt part.
- 3) You obtain an RMA for the return of the core You obtain an RMA for the return of the core (unless you purchase a Fedex Return Label)
- 4) The core is in one piece, and not missing any obvious parts.
- 5) Cores must be returned within 45 days of purchase.
You can obtain an RMA online via the 'returns' tab.
Fedex Return Label: Prepaid Fedex Ground Return label allows you to return your cores without an RMA. Cores may be consolidated into one shipping box (cores must be sent back in their original product packaging), but you can only send back cores from the order you purchased the prepaid label from. The consolidated shipping box cannot exceed 150lbs, and cannot exceed 130” in length and girth. Only cores can be returned with the prepaid label. Non-core items, or cores not associated with the order where you purchased the return label sent back with the prepaid label will be scrapped. Prepaid labels can only be used from the lower 48 continental US states. Once the return shipping box has been prepared, call
1-800-463-3339 to find the closest drop-off location, or 1-888-777-6040 to schedule a pickup from a business location. The cores must be properly packaged in order to qualify for the insurance. Damaged or lost items that Fedex deemed unsuitably packaged will not qualify for insurance reimbursement. Once delivered, allow up to 2 weeks for core credit to be processed.

How do I qualify for free shipping?
Free ground shipping to the continental United States on all orders over $39. Shipping charges will apply to AK, HI, PR, GU, APO’s, FPO’s, and all international customers (except Canada). Free ground shipping will apply to Canadian customers on all orders over $139. Canadian Customers are always responsible for all duty, taxes, and brokerage charges.

Why does this product have "x 2" next to the quantity?
Certain parts are only sold as a boxed set, therefore you must purchase the full set to order these parts. When specifying the quantity while adding these parts to your cart, you should specify the number of boxed sets, and not the actual number of parts. Adding a quantity of 2 parts to your cart with a minimum quantity of 4 will automatically add 8 (2 x 4) parts to your cart.

Why does my order status say Pending?
Pending status of your order indicates that your order has just been received within the last 24 hours,
or over the weekend when orders aren’t being processed. Your order will be processed and an invoice
number with your tracking information will be posted to your account by 5:00 EST on the following
business day. If all or part of your order has been delayed due to a backorder, this information will be
posted to your account with an estimate of the delay before your order ships.
