International Shipping


Yes, we ship to Canada! We only use FedEx International Economy and Priority. Orders over $159.00 US are shipped FedEx International Economy service for free. If you require expedited shipping, the shipping charge is shown at checkout before you are charged. Brokerage fees are INCLUDED in the cost of the shipping, you are only responsible for the duty and taxes on your shipment. You may inquire www.FEDEX.com directly about those fees. We only use FedEx International Economy and Priority to Canada. Please note that if your order contains any items that are not in stock, your entire order will be held until those items are back in stock. This avoids additional duty and taxes for more than one shipment. In the unlikely event that you are shipped an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, and we need to exchange the item, you will be responsible for returning the incorrect item, and the associated duty, taxes brokerage as we have no method to provide prepaid return labels from Canada. We will pay for the shipping charges to ship the replacment to you, and the brokerage, duty taxes on the returned item, however the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges to send us the item, and the duties and taxes on the replacement. We do not offer shipping via US mail, nor can we ship via 3rd party account, or declare shipments to be handled by any other broker than FedEx. If a shipment is refused, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/duty/taxes, and return shipping charges will be deducted from your credit along with our standard 15% restocking fee. Yes, we ship international! We use International Economy service from FedEx. This is the only method of shipping we offer for countries outside of the United States and Canada. Delivery usually takes between 3-5 business days world wide, with occasional, but not expected delays of an additional 3-4 days due to your local customs. The cost to you varies based on the weight of the shipment. Once you enter your address information, your exact shipping amount will be displayed before your credit card is charged. Please note that if your order contains any items that are not in stock, your entire order will be held until those items are back in stock. We reserve the right to remove & credit items that will cause a significant delay to the order, or will cause the order to be too heavy or too large for FedEx to take.
