If for any reason your aren't satisfied with your purchase, we will accept the return of the product(s) only if in the original saleable condition within 60 days of purchase with 15% restocking fee. No returns after 60 days. No returns on special order parts or shop manuals, repair manuals, and quick reference manuals. Items are not returnable if they aren't in the original sealed container/packaging. Any returns from orders that qualified for Free UPS ground shipping that are returned where the total value of the return is more than 50% of the total original sale will have the appropriate shipping cost deducted from the return credit. For example, if your original sale total was $100, and you return $55 of those parts, the original cost to ship those parts to you will be deducted from the credit. Assuming it cost $10 to ship the parts, you would get a credit of $45.
WARRANTY
Every item we carry has a 1 year warranty (unless the full part description states otherwise) from the date of the original purchase. Warranty claims will not be honored for parts that were damaged due to misuse, or incorrect installation. Warranty claims are honored on an exchange basis only. eEuroparts.com is not liable for any incidental expenses resulting from a defective item.
All returns must be approved by us first. You may obtain an RMA using the link above, or you can email us here customerservice@eeuroparts.com.
If you are unable to request an RMA from the above link ("Our records indicate that you have not placed any orders with us. If you have any questions, please contact us."), this is because your order hasn't been shipped or invoiced. You can still contact us to request an RMA.

Return credits are processed within 10 days of receipt of items, so allow up to 2 weeks from the date of return shipment for a credit to be processed.
CORES
Any cores must be in rebuildable condition with sufficient parts to rebuild said core(rust, corrosion, OK). Cores must be returned to us in the box that the remanufactured part was sent to you in within 45 days of original purchase, and must include a copy of the original sale receipt. Shipping costs for cores is the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
