Customer Service Technician

eEuroparts.com is searching for european automotive enthusiasts to join dynamic customer service team. If you’re a customer or someone who enjoys working on their own SAAB, Volvo, BMW, Mercedes, VW/Audi, Mini, or Porsche we’d like you to help our customers to order parts and solve problems with our web site.  90% of your time will be spent on the phone helping customers with orders.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering incoming customer service phone calls and emails
  • Researching and adding new parts based on customer requests
  • Coordinating with warehouse and purchasing to insure prompt and correct shipping when needed

 

Skills Required:

  • Automotive parts experience or general enthusiasm is preferred
  • Proficiency in all forms of communication including typing
  • Strong team work mentality
