BMW F Chassis Performance Coolers
Fresh for 2018 are new intercoolers, radiators, and oil coolers for F chassis BMW’s, including the F2x, F3x, and F87 turbocharged models. Performance Intercooler
First up is the M2 racing intercooler, which is seriously cool. Taking advantage of some extra space in the nose of the car, Do88 was able to make a unique stepped design that increases the core volume 123% and features a 22c temperature drop, beating out all comparable units including the venerable Wagner EVO 2 Competition which features a similar design. Because of the design of the OE intercooler charge hoses, the Do88 high flow pressure pipes are a highly recommended pair. Do88 also offers a custom bespoke turbo outlet hose to replace the flimsy stock outlet hose 13717847407.

DCT/DKG Transmission oil cooler
Next is a very important item if you are tracking your M2, and not just for increased performance. The DCT/DKG transmission gets hot, and keeping it shifting nice and reliably means you need to chill it out. The Do88 DCT/DKG cooler fits 2015-2018 M2’s and features a 50% larger core with 78% larger active cooling area. Adding a 31% higher oil volume means you are able to flow more and cool better. That oil cooler only uses one of the large openings in the front of the car. For the other side, Do88 offers a performance aluminum remote radiator for the M2. The original auxiliary radiator has the common plastic end tanks that are fragile and prone to leaks and cracks.
